  • Provided dedicated commercial management and contract administration resources to procure the main trackside and traffic management system packages and support the Transport for NSW team into delivery.

  • Provided support and input into commercial risk profiles, commercial frameworks and contracts during the procurement phase.

  • Provided strategic advice to the project leadership on a range of commercial matters.

  • Implemented contract management processes that complied with the commercial management framework, government guidelines, policies and align with industry best practice.

  • Developed, implemented, and maintained all project variation and claims positions including the management of project insurance requirements and claims as necessary.

  • Managed the negotiation and settlement of commercial matters.
